Qualities and Qualifications we look for
- A customer centered attitude and quality work
- Proficient job skills and a good employment history
- Be legally able to work in the United States
- Be insurable to drive our vehicles
- Have a social security card.
Employment Sub-Contractors
Just as described above we recruit Talent. Sub-contractors must have the same attributes as above plus:
- Be able to demonstrate quality workmanship
- Be able to communicate, schedule and complete their work in a timely fashion
- Adequate liability and Workmans Compensation Insurance
- Complete our sub-contractor agreement and W-9
To be an employee with our company you must have a legal drivers license, social security card, good driving record and no history of alcohol or drug abuse. We will request a current MVR record and a drug test.
