Power washing is scheduled to clean spills, grease spots, and persistent debris from entrances, walkways, and drive thrus.
Parking Lot Striping
Parking lot striping is scheduled based upon the amount of traffic the property receives. Some high volume properties require semi-annual striping, while others may only require annual striping.
Parking Lot Sweeping
Parking lot sweeping is scheduled on a recurring basis, consistent with your budget and the specific needs of the property. It is intended to pick up large trash, sand, gravel and leaves around the property.
